Day 1: Arrival in Arba Minch

After breakfast: drive to Arba Minch, a journey that takes approximately 6-7 hours.

En route, stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Tiya, an ancient archaeological site with mysterious standing stones.

Arrive in Arba Minch and check into your hotel.

Overnight in Arba Minch.

Day 2: Arba Minch - Dorze

After breakfast: depart for Dorze, a village known for its unique culture and traditional weaving.

Visit the Dorze village and observe the traditional houses made of bamboo and elephant grass

Learn about the Dorze people's way of life, their customs, and traditions

Enjoy a traditional Dorze lunch

Visit the Dorze market to see local crafts and products

Overnight stay in Dorze

Day 3: Dorze - Turmi

After breakfast: depart for Turmi, the heart of the Hamar tribe.

En route, stop at Konso to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Konso Cultural Landscape

Continue the journey to Turmi

Arrive in Turmi and check-in at your accommodation

Explore Turmi and its surroundings, visit the local market, and visit the Hamar tribe their village and way of life.

Overnight stay in Turmi

Day 4: Turmi - Karo - Omorate

After breakfast: depart for Omorate via Karo village.

Stop at Karo village to visit the Karo tribe known for their body painting and scarification.

Afterwards continue to Omorate, a town on the banks of the Omo River

Cross the Omo River by boat to visit the Dassanech tribe.

Explore the Dassanech village and learn about their traditional way of life.

Return to Turmi for overnight stay.

Day 5: Turmi - Jinka

After breakfast: depart for Jinka, a town known as the gateway to the Mago National Park and home to several tribes.

En route, visit the KeyAfar village to Visit Banna Tribe

Continue to Jinka and check-in at your hotel.

Explore Jinka town and visit the South Omo Research Center to learn more about the tribes of the region.

Overnight stay in Jinka

Day 6: Jinka - Mursi - Jinka

After an early breakfast, drive to Mursi village to visit the Mursi tribe, known for their distinctive lip plates and elaborate body painting.

Explore their village and learn about their customs and way of life.

Return to Jinka for overnight.

Day 7: Jinka - Fly back to Addis Ababa

After breakfast, transfer to Jinka Airport

Catch your flight back to Addis Ababa
