Day 1: Addis Ababa Arrival

Arrive in Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia.

Depending on your arrival time, you can explore some sights in Addis Ababa such as the National Museum, Holy Trinity Cathedral, and Merkato, one of Africa's largest open-air markets.

Day 2: Addis Ababa to Arba Minch

After breakfast, drive to Arba Minch, a journey that takes approximately 6-7 hours.

En route, stop at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Tiya, an ancient archaeological site with mysterious standing stones.

Arrive in Arba Minch and check into your hotel.

Day 3: Arba Minch to Dorze

In the morning, take a boat trip on Lake Chamo to see hippos and crocodiles.

After the boat trip, drive to Dorze, a village known for its unique traditional huts and weaving.

Depart Turmi and drive to Are Bore, home to the Are Bore tribe.

Visit the Karo tribe and witness their unique body painting and scarification practices.

Depart Karo and drive to Omorate, a small town on the banks of the Omo River.

Day 9: Turmi to Jinka

Drive to Jinka, a bustling market town and gateway to the Mago National Park.

Arrive in Jinka and check into your hotel.
